Tried planting green onions with onion bulbs. I hope to do better next time.
Green onions, also known as spring onions, salad onions and scallions, are vegetables derived from various species in the genus allium. It has milder taste than most onions. While not especially serious, eating onions can cause problems for some people. The carbohydrates in onions may cause gas and bloating, according to National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse. It's high amount of vitamin K can decrease blood thinner functioning.
